A blend of 95% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault that spent a year on the lees in a demi-muid and concrete egg

with a light structure that doesn't linger past the refreshing saline finish

Hints of orange zest

but that is not a bad thing for a wine meant to be enjoyed over the near and medium term

with delicate aromas of wild berries

2021 | Mersel 'Elevate' Daw al Amal | Bekaa Valley Luc Bourgogne A blend of 95% MourvèdreDaw Al Amar grapes were left on skins for two weeks in a stainless steel tank, they were pressed and fermented till dry. They were then aged in a neutral oak barrel and Georgian Qvevri. Uninoculated, natural MLF took place. Unfined, unfiltered.
