2023 Ayunta Nerello Mascalese Bianco, Etna, Italy Domaine de la Grange aux Belles Côte de Feule: (10 ares)A very unusual still white from Nerello Mascalese to honor the local tradition of making whites as a base for metodo classico wines. The vines are 50 100 year old on Etnas volcanic soils. Soft pressing using only the weight of the grapes, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and aged in cement tank for 7 months.
