2022 Jeremy Arnaud Chablis 'Vallee Clabory', Burgundy, France Montesecondo Duplessis's only Grand Cru holdingFrom his 0. 32 ha parcel on the Valle Clabory slope between Beine and Poinchy, this 100% Chardonnay is grown biodynamically on thin marly limestone soils. After whole cluster pressing, fermentation proceeds with native yeasts in stainless steel at low temperature and the wine is aged 912 months on fine lees without new oak.
