It's the older of the two barrels selected from 12 barrels. It's a rich complete rye, with a unique mash bill and barrel char, and eight summers under its belt. Barrel BC1 944 Age 8 Years. 4 Months. Cooperage Independent Stave Company. 53 Gallon. Char 3. Mash Bill 75% Pederson Family Rye. 13% Hudson Valley Corn. 12% Malted Barley.
