2023 | Smokescreen Lambert Vineyard | Suisun Valley Laherte & Frères framing flavors of peach skinOn the nose there are hints of honeysuckle, lemon blossoms and a floral quality. The wine has some influence from Bordeaux by fermenting in French barrels, although totally neutral barrels, to give this release a great texture that makes it lively from the start. The palate is creamy with flavors of citrus, honeysuckle & tropical flavors finishing dry with a long lingering finish.
