old-vine parcels in the heart of Les Suchots—between Echézeaux and Romanée-Saint-Vivant—on very shallow limestone with clay and abundant stones
Blended with a small percentage of Nero d’Avola rosato from the 2022 vintage
fermented with native yeasts in tank
2024 Guillaume Lafon Meursault, Cote de Beaune, France Il Paradiso di Manfredi Misturado de Abeleda is sourced0. 30 hectares Average vine age 15 years Whole cluster pressed; must is cold settled then racked into barrels (1 3 new oak). Little to no battonage. Light fining and filtering. Bottled after 18 months.
