The glow in the dark fabric must be charged under bright lights for a hour or two before you go out (longer is better but the brightness of the light you use to charge is most important) and then will glow softly for a few hours in dark clubs or raves

You can choose either a snap button front (as shown with white) or a fabric Chinese style frog closure

Best for a customer with size 7-10 feet between 5'6-5'9"
