"Y" (pronounced Ygrec) is a roughly half and half blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Smillon grown on the same legendary Sauternes terroir that produces the world's most famous sweet wine. The result is unlike any other Bordeaux Blanc: weighty, textured, and aromatically electric, but bone dry. The 2023 is fresh, taut, and built for the cellar as much as the table. A
