Palmer & Co, the Reims house founded by a handful of growers in 1947, teamed with American chef Charlie Palmer on a Blanc de Noirs no Chardonnay at all, just Pinot Noir and Meunier drawn from Premier and Grand Cru sites across the Montagne de Reims and the Cte des Bars. It sat over 40 months on its lees, blended with reserve wines, which is a serious amount of
