Schlossgut Diel Dorsheimer Pittermannchen Riesling Grosses Gewachs, Nahe, Germany 2020 Wilhelm Walch Lots of fresh flowersThe Dorsheimer Pittermnnchen is a steep south facing site with gray slate soil perfect for producing aromatic Rieslings with mineral freshness, spicy aromas and the classic fine fruit of a great Riesling, reminiscent of quinces, citrus fruits and fresh herbs. The wine is as delicately structured as you would expect from the Moselle and has the dense, expansive aromas of a Nahe wine. This is definitely our favorite among Diels Grossen Gewchse 2020.
