Hope Dress, 1940’s, 36” Bust, 28” Waist Collection43 Super mod collar with beautifullyWhat a stunner! This 1940's masterpiece has a gorgeous green lace outer layer, with a light pink lining underneath. Skirt and armholes are hemmed with a matching green velvet, with buttons to match. Buttons are metal snaps from the waist to the neckline. Neckline has a small collar; conservative coverage. Waistline has a scalloped stitching to start the drop waist portion of the skirt. Dress has a good amount of weight due to the velvet lined bottom.
