The nose is spicy and floral, with deep berry fruit aromas and a hint of orange pekoe tea. The wood influence is moderate but present. The flavours are middle weight and possess unusually good density for the 2017 vintage due to the abundant dry extract. The finish is punchy, with excellent depth and persistence.
