2022 Chateau Grand Village Rouge, Bordeaux, France 375ml Dão Winemaking: Destemmed maceration for 1A blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from the Guinaudeau family's estate in Mouillac, Fronsac. The vines are cultivated on clay limestone soils and farmed using sustainable practices. Hand harvested grapes undergo native yeast fermentation in concrete vats, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels (30% new).
