2023 Terralibera Da Solo Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore, Marche, Italy Anima Mundi This shows a continuing increaseFrom a single northwest facing parcel (1. 38 ha) in Contrada San Paterniano, Serra de Conti, farmed organically and biodynamically. Hand harvested Verdicchio, softly pressed, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. Aged 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel, no sulfur added until bottling. The wine is textured and mineral drivencitrus, white flowers, and almond skinexpressing purity and place.
