Slate soils, older vines, and lower elevation distinguish Do Pobo from Da Vila sheltered by the twists of the mountains, this site has a more continental climate, with cooler nights. Like the Gavela Da Vila, it seems that this was a balanced vintage for Gavela do Pobo. Grapes are destemmed and fermented in amphorae with ~2 weeks of
