2021 Domaine des Tours (Rayas) Vin de Table Rosé Parisy Calce Van Brunt Stillhouse 'Empire Rye'Grenache, Cinsault. Ros de saigne: maceration with skin contact to release the color and flavor. The must then settles for 48 hours and undergoes malolactic fermentation.
