Handles are white mountain hickory, air dried to 18 percent moisture content, then precision ed cut to an exact fit. Heads are painted, handles are clear lacquered finished. NOTE: Not to be used as a wedge or pry bar. Load must be applied in direction of handle brand mark. Flexing handle in a perpendicular direction of grain may cause handle fraction and result in
