2019 Caparsa Doccio a Matteo Riserva, Chianti Classico DOCG, Italy Domaine des Ardoisieres between 20 and 30 years95% Sangiovese, 5% Colorino & Ancelotta. Spontaneous with indigenous yeast in large lined cement tank. 2012 was aged in Oak Barrels of 5Hl and 10Hl for one and a half years.
