Viticulture: Organic (AB, 2011), biodynamic practices. Guyot simple pruning, 5,000 vines per ha. Vinification: Destemmed, ambient yeast fermentation and malolactic conversion in sandstone amphora and stainless steel vats. Aged 10 months on the lees in amphora and 500L barrels.
