2021 Domaine Plaisance Penavayre 'Bouysselet' Blanc, Vin de France Ronsel do Sil granite and schist soils •Variety: Bouysselet Size: 1. 10 ha (2. 72 ac) Vine Age: 0. 50 ha planted in 2017 and 0. 60 ha planted in 2019 Terroir: Clay limestone soil with round pebbles. 220m altitude. Viticulture: Organic (AB, 2011), biodynamic practices. Guyot simple pruning, 5,000 vines per ha. Vinification: Destemmed, ambient yeast fermentation and malolactic conversion in sandstone amphora and stainless steel vats. Aged 10 months on the lees in amphora and 500L barrels.
