but in its own distinctive style

and white smoke opens to a soft and intriguing palate of milk chocolate

creating a Bourbon that’s not overly fruity

This is the second smallest vineyard at the Pato estate, and thus rarely produces enough fruit to be bottled as a single vineyard wine.
