2022 Bodegas Luis Perez 'El Triangulo' Balbaina Tintilla, Vino de la Tierra de Cadiz Ridge Vineyards 2018 Vinca Minor Pinot NoirThe vineyards for this wine come from 3 different plots: Balbaina, Corchuelo and Carrascal. All from Albariza soild. Fruit is hand harvest and fermented in both stainless steel and open top casks with native yeasts for about a month. 60% of the fruit is not destemmed. Then months in 5 year old French oak barriques followed by 15 months in steel tank before bottling. A refined, red fruited take on local tintilla.
