The wine is done 100% in stainless steel with no purposeful skin contact or long maceration
resulting in a Godello of a very sharp and mineral profile

2023 Christophe et Fils Chablis Burgundy, France Australia 2016 Riesling "WisperwindFrom vines planted between 1980 and 2000 of varying grades and exposure facing Grand Cru Les Blanchots and west of Monte de Tonnerre. Soil: Kimmeridgian limestone marl Elevation: 120 180 meters Exposure: Various orientations Vinification: Manual harvest, pressed, settled and racked before 1 to 2 month fermentation in stainless steel. Full malolactic and btonnage may be employed in colder vintages. Maturation: 7 8 months in stainless steel
