2020 Casa de Saima 'Tonel 10' Baga, Bairrada, Portugal Domaine de Montille sweet maltFrom vines 40 50 years old and planted in limestone soils. The grapes are crushed by foot and then allowed to spontaneous ferment in lagar for 6 7 days. Then matured in large oak casks between 10 12 months. Unfiltered.
