Upon our last visit we were fortunate enough to
2023 Chantereves, Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Blanc les Monts de Fussey Elevage Prolonge, Burgundy, France Saint Benevolence Fermented (malo finished) and decantedIn 2023, a portion of the cuve was set aside for an extended 22 month levage in barrel, instead of the usual 10 12 months, and released separately at a later date.
