The 2015approaching its 10th birthdayis just entering its long drinking window. Old vine fruit (5090 years) from lieux dits like Bessards and Greffieux is fermented in stainless, then aged 40 months in new oak. Monumental and dense but precisely constructed, this is all black fruit, graphite, smoke, and spiceHermitage at full volume.
