2021 Ormiale 'Secmillon' Blanc, Bordeaux, France Nebbiolo Gamay Sale 20-25 mg/l free SO2The name is a pun on the grape the wine is made from, and sec the French word for dry, to make it clear that this is not a sweet version of this versatile grape. Only 630 bottles made. Grape: 100% Smillon Making of: the grapes are hand picked and direct pressed. 50% ferments in a 350L cherry wood barrel and 50% in 54L dame jeannes. All blended together and aged in dame jeannes for 10 months, in the limestone quarry. Bottled by gravity (no pump)
