2024 Domaine Morey-Coffinet Chassagne-Montrachet Les Houillieres, Cote de Beaune, France Pol Roger Boukman Botanical RhumFrom a 0. 5 hectare parcel of vines planted in 1955 and 1956, located close to the Encgnires and Vide Bourse 1er Crus. Fermentation begins in tank, then the wine is aged in 228 and 350 L French Allier oak barrels for 12 months, 35% new.
